You may return:
All returns will be for Store Credit or Exchange only. All unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from original purchase date. If your return does not meet the criteria or is mailed back past the 14 day return policy, it will be rejected and held at the store. Returns that are rejected will be communicated via e-mail. The item or items can be mailed back to you with a future order or immediately for a $8.00 shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned merchandise. We do not accept returns or exchanges WITHOUT the original receipt. No exceptions.

Clearance Items and Sale items are final sale.
Jewelry is final sale.
Items may not be worn (tags attached, blemish free ex: make-up stains)
items must be odor free (perfume, smoke, pet smells, etc.).
Online Credit: Merchandise may be returned for online credit only.
Gift Card Code will be emailed to the email address provided.
Once your order is received please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification after processing. If your return does not meet the above criteria or is mailed past the 14 day limit, it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the store. The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order or mailed back to you for a $8.00 shipping fee. All non-returnable merchandise will be held for 30 days, after that time it will be donated to charity.
We suggest sending items back via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it and if it is eligible to be returned. An online credit for the cost of the original item will be given. Credit will not include shipping cost.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally an item you ordered is out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. If this happens, we will send you an email notifying you about the out of stock item and your form of payment will be refunded.
